We have an exciting temporary opportunity for a Learning Development Support (I.T) superstar!
This entry level role based at our Academy, at the London Oxford Airport site, and reports to the Chief Information Officer. Its is offered on a Fixed Term basis for 3 months, commencing on 19 April.
The role will involve day to day End User IT Support as you will act as the first point of contact for daily technical support activities, supporting users over a multi-site environment. You will also be responsible for the Virtual & Physical Learning Environment, supporting and consulting with all members of our team in the delivery of the virtual learning environment. You’ll prepare and develop technology within Learning Spaces, Simulators, Audio Visual AR/VR, SmartScreens.
The successful candidate will be:
• Comfortable with cloud technology and in the use of Office 365, Windows 10. Moodle Learning Management Systems experience would be a bonus.
• Able to focus on priorities to ensure that all requests are followed through to completion.
• A tenacious problem solver with good written and verbal communication skills combined with a self-assured positive personality.
