British Airways
Leading Edge Aviation is proud to announce its partnership with British Airways as a nominated training organisation for both the Whitetail Recruitment Programme and the Speedbird Self-Sponsored Pathway (SSP).
Under the Whitetail initiative, students enrolled in Leading Edge Aviation’s flight training programmes will have the unique opportunity to be ‘tagged’ by British Airways, marking them as potential future pilots for the airline. The SSP initiative gives aspiring aviators the opportunity to begin their flight training with a conditional job offer from British Airways.
This prestigious recognition sets the stage for successful students to embark on an exciting journey towards joining the ranks of British Airways’ Euroflyer, CityFlyer, and Mainline world-class flight crew. We are delighted to announce that, in the last 6 months, 33 graduates have successfully secured roles with British Airways EuroFlyer, CityFlyer, and Mainline.

Titan Airways
Titan Airways has selected Leading Edge Aviation as an official partner for their recruitment programme. This collaboration involves working with Leading Edge Aviation to recruit graduate pilots for an incredible journey with the airline.
The selected candidates will start their journey with Titan Airways in early 2024, benefitting from a clearly defined career path including the opportunity to fly an A330 in three years. This career pathway encompasses experiences across the wide range of flying offered by Titan Airways and its prestigious client base, offering fast-paced career advancement.
