Here at Leading Edge Aviation, your journey doesn’t stop with us until you secure your first pilot role, and our goal is to give you all the skills to get there.

We are seeing an unprecedented number of our students landing airline roles before they have even completed their training. This is why our Integrated LEAP course includes a 3-day comprehensive Graduate Employment Services course post ground school, to prepare and assist you in landing that all important first flying role.

Tailored to your Individual Experience

The comprehensive 3-day course is delivered at our Oxford academy by a highly experienced team with deep expertise in pilot recruitment. Our instructors guide you through each stage of the assessment process, tailoring the workshop to your individual experience and helping you feel confident and well-prepared for your first airline interview.

As part of our bespoke graduate services, the 3-day course will cover:
