Titan Airways announces new recruitment initiative in partnership with Leading Edge Aviation

Titan Airways, announces an exciting recruitment initiative today signalling Titan’s ongoing commitment to continued growth and evolution. The strategy involves collaborating with leading ATO, Leading Edge Aviation to recruit graduate pilots to join the airline. The selected candidates will start their journey with Titan Airways in early 2024.

Captain David Cox, Director of Flight Operations, Titan Airways, expressed his enthusiasm about the new relationship, “We are delighted to join forces with Leading Edge Aviation for this exciting programme. Their high training standards, exceptional graduates, and shared values align with our own, reinforcing the strong, family-like culture we’ve cultivated at Titan Airways over our 35-year history as the UK’s airline of choice.”

The selected graduate pilots will benefit from clearly defined career progression, beginning their journey as First Officers on an A320, with a planned transition to A330 flying from their third year of employment. This career pathway encompasses experiences across the wide range of flying offered by Titan Airways and its prestigious client base, offering fast-paced career advancement.

“We are dedicated to providing newly qualified pilots with an opportunity to swiftly build their careers, immersing them in diverse flying experiences,” continued Captain Cox. “We seek pilots who demonstrate comprehensive capabilities in their flying abilities, strong interpersonal skills and a real sense of professionalism.”

Over the coming weeks, Titan will work closely with Leading Edge Aviation, identifying potential candidates and shaping the industry’s future.
